1. Register Your Company Account
2. Add Users and Admins
In the Admin Console, go to the Users tab on the left side of the menu, and choose 'Users'. Click the 'Add Users' blue button on the right-top of the page. You have 3 options to add new users: by email, CSV file, or SSO. Full instructions can be found here - How to Add Users.
Note: users can register when they get an email notification about assigned tasks. You can change the settings for notifications and reminders from the main menu of the Admin Console. The full guide can be found here: Email Notifications Types and Reminders Customization.

3. Create Departments and Groups
Create departments and groups and assign your team to them from the Admin Console. All the tasks are department and group-based, you can assign all users or specific groups of users to a training, phishing exercise, policy, or phishing simulation. Note: Monthly Videos can be assigned only to all users at once.

Prepare your account with a Phishing simulation checklist and test emails. Use our guides on whitelisting from the Knowledge Base page.
If you want your unregistered users to get phishing simulation emails, please email us, and ask us to enable this feature for your account.
