How To Log In? Authentication Issues

You will learn how to log in to Admin Console and Learner App, and troubleshooting actions in case of some issues

Logging In For the First Time

All user sessions now have an absolute timeout - 14 days, after which the session will be terminated, and the user needs to log in again. It applies to the Admin console, Learner app, and CTF app.

For Admin Console: please open the admin invitation and click the link. You will be transferred to the registration form to fill it in. Then you will be logged in to the Admin Console.

For Learner App: please open the last reminder you got with open assignments and click the link. Please fill in your email, and name, and create a password. You will be transferred to the Learner App.

Your password should include at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol.

If you cannot locate any reminders in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder.

The emails are sent from no-reply@wizer-training.com except Custom SMTP is set up.

If a user doesn't get any reminders, the email can be bounced. Please contact our Support to check and delete the bounce.

Log In To Admin Console

To log in to the Admin Console, please go to https://admin.wizer-training.com/login. Enter your email and your password and click 'Admin Login'. If you forgot your password, please follow this link to reset it.





You will be transferred to the Admin Console.


Log In To Learner App

To log in to the platform, please follow the instructions below:

Go to https://app.wizer-training.com/login or https://app.wizer-training.com/home/learning. Enter your email and your password and click Sign in. 

Forgot Password?

If you forgot your password, please follow the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it. Open the last 'Reset Password' email. Your new password should include at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol. 

If the link doesn't work, please wait 30 min and try to reset your password again.

 

You will be transferred to the Home page of your profile on the learning program. Please make sure you have logged in to your profile (your name will be shown in the upper left part of the page).

Fix a Login Problem

If there are any issues with logging in, please try the following.

  • Ensure you are a registered user/admin.
  • Check your email and password are correct.

  • Change your password by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' button.
  • Check internet connectivity on your device.

  • Clear your browser's cache, log out, and log in again.

  • Check your computer and browser for updates.

  • Check the Firebase configuration and Firestore permissions.

  • Try another browser.

  • Try another device.

  • Try another Internet connection (WiFi, 3G, 4G, 5G).

  • Check your Java settings.

Log In Through SSO

For unregistered and unregistered users: if you use SSO, open the notification or reminders, then enter your email and click sign in.

SSO Login Issues Guide

If you cannot log in through SSO, please do the following:

  • Reset your password.

  • Check your browser and device for updates.

  • Clear your browser's cache.

  • Open the original SSO link in an incognito mode.

  • Turn off your VPN and Antivirus temporarily.

  • Restart your device.

If you have a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error appearing in your browser, here is the guidance to solve this issue.

  1. Screenshot with the full description of the issue with details.

  2. Browser console Logs.

  3. Network/Traffic Logs.
