How to Change Language

Guide on how to change language in Admin Console, Learner App, notifications, training, etc.

Change Language in Learner App and Videos

Go to the Learner App and click the language symbol. Then, choose the language for the page.

The language of the page will be changed, including the button text and notifications.

A user can select a different language in the Learner App in the language switcher, it will be used as a default language. All opened videos will be shown with CC in the language selected in the Learner App.

If the user changes the CC language in the video player window, the subtitles language will be changed only for that specific video. The next video will be shown in the default language CC.

If closed captions are unavailable for video in the selected language, English will be used by default.

The video closed captions are available in different languages. Click the 'CC' button and choose the closed captions language.

Change Language In Training

Go to the language filter bar and select the language. The available courses will be shown on the 'All Courses' page.

Change Language In Notifications and Reminders

Automatic weekly reminder messages and user notifications for new tasks are available in the following languages: English, Dutch, Hebrew, French, and Spanish. Please send us a request for changes to be applied to your account.

Changes will be applied to all reminders and email notifications.

Reminders can be customized directly on the Settings page.

Change Language In Admin Console

Currently, the Admin Console is available only in English. Admin Console in another language is a new feature request, no ETA can be provided.

Change Language In Phishing Campaigns

1) Select the language in the filter on the 'Email' stage and choose the templates available.
