WizerAI Studio Best Practices
Project Management
Keeping your workspace organized ensures a smoother creation process.
-
Rename projects: After starting a new project, rename it to something recognizable. Relying on the default uploaded document name can cause confusion later.
-
Keep your workspace clean: Delete projects you no longer use to avoid cluttering your dashboard.
-
Avoid using direct links: The system does not scan the content of web links properly.
Pro Tip: Instead of pasting a link, save the content from the webpage as a PDF and upload that file directly into WizerAI Studio.
Script Editing
A well-formatted script is the foundation of a great video. Address these elements before you move on to animation.
-
Generate all scripts first: If your project contains multiple videos, generate the scripts for all of them before animating. Hearing the full script helps you understand how the information is divided and allows you to modify the flow early on.
-
Format acronyms carefully: The AI may try to pronounce acronyms as standard words. To fix this, write the acronym in all uppercase. If it still mispronounces it, add dots or spaces between the letters (e.g., F.B.I. or F B I).
-
Spell out special characters: The AI usually dictates special characters by their literal names. For example, replace the symbol
&with the wordandto prevent the AI from awkwardly saying "ampersand" in your video. -
Keep sentences concise: Avoid very long sentences. Because the AI is directed not to break sentences between frames, a long sentence can make a frame feel "stuck" or stagnant on screen.
- Know how to paste scripts: If you have a script you want to use and don't want to generate one with our AI tools, you can simply generate a dummy script, edit it, then paste in your real script.
- Handling long prompts: Our prompt box only handles up to 700 characters. If you have a document longer than that, you can upload it directly.
Important Note: Once you click Animate, you can only edit one script snippet at a time. Make sure you complete all major script edits before moving to the animation phase!
Frame Editing
WizerAI Studio uses heuristic AI to generate images. It will never perfectly guess the exact picture in your head, but you can guide it closer to your vision.
-
Expect variable image counts: The number of image options you receive (initially and when regenerating) will vary. The AI constantly checks its own output and stops generating once it reaches an image that it is happy with.
-
Upload specific assets: If you have an exact image in mind and own the file, simply upload it rather than trying to force the AI to recreate it.
-
Change descriptions before regenerating: Clicking Regenerate Image without updating the visual description will likely yield a very similar image. Always tweak the prompt if you want something specific.
-
Work within character constraints: By changing the visual description, you can successfully remove characters from an image, but you cannot add new characters that were not originally there.
Troubleshooting Impossible Images
If the AI generates a physically impossible image (e.g., three hands, zero heads, or hovering props), follow this specific sequence:
-
Step 1: Check the alternative image options provided to see if one is accurate.
-
Step 2: If all options are flawed, update the description with explicit details. For example, if a person has three hands, clearly state what the left hand is doing and what the right hand is doing, then regenerate.
-
Step 3: If the image is still flawed, completely rewrite the visual description from scratch and regenerate the image again.
Sending to the Library
The final step in your WizerAI Studio workflow is sending your completed video to the library.
-
Create multi-video courses: If your project contains multiple videos, you can combine them all into a structured course after they have all been sent to the library.
Warning: Sending a video to the library is a final action. You cannot edit the script or the frames again once it has been sent. Always double-check that you are 100% satisfied with your project before taking this step.
