We’ve recently decided to offer security awareness training to help protect ourselves, our organization, and our families from cyber attacks. To provide this training, we have partnered with Wizer Security Awareness Training to deliver learning that is short, engaging, and relevant.
What to expect in the training?
The total training consists of a series of short videos that should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. It may be watched in short increments to fit your schedule or all in one sitting - whichever is best for you.
We ask that you watch all assigned videos within the next 30 days.
- When does training start? (full date)
- Who needs to take the training? Everyone (or indicate department/s).
- What should I look for? You will receive an email from Wizer at no-reply@wizer-training.com [Please replace with the valid email if you have a custom SMTP setup]
- How do I start the training? Once you receive the email, click on the "CONTINUE" button to register and create an account [you may insert your SSO link if this has been configured].
Note: Your email is your username. - What kind of tasks may be assigned to me? The training may include tasks such as video training, gaming, monthly videos, and acknowledging policies.
- How long is the training? You have 30 days from the date of enrollment to complete it
- How long do I have to complete the training? You have 30 days from the moment you are enrolled.
- Will there be any type of reporting? There will be weekly reports for managers to track who has completed the training.

By the way, ALL of the videos from the training are shareable with your family and friends, so when you see something you want someone else to see, you can share it with those in your personal circle and help keep them safer online, too!
And just as a head’s up, in the future, we will also conduct phishing exercises and simulations to further reinforce learning but will send more on that later.
