Here you will find the explanation and tips on users being assigned to the tasks

In this case, the task should be ended by the admin, as it is set up for All Users. The auditory cannot be changed in the ongoing task. Training and Phishing Exercises can be set up for departments. Please note that you can add new departments to ongoing tasks. However, selected departments cannot be removed after the settings are saved. |

When the user logs in to their profile, all the tasks are completed by previous employees. The assignments should be renewed for the existing profile. |
Send us the request for the user's profile deletion. The previous progress will be hard deleted and the user will be able to register the profile "from 0". In case you do not want the previous progress of the profile to be deleted, you can just add a new user with the email in the next format: "email+any word or number @yourdomain" The user will get all the email notifications to the original email and will be able to register a new profile with an edited email address. |
| Admin enables Monthly Video | Users are added to the platform | New Users are assigned to Monthly Videos and get a new task assignment every month | Monthly Video can be set up only for All Users. You can customize the users' notifications and automatic reminders, or can end the Monthly Video. |
