Silent Phishing

Goal: Understand what Silent Phishing is and how to enable it in your Wizer account.

What Is Silent Phishing?

Silent Phishing allows administrators to include unregistered users in phishing simulations — meaning Wizer can send phishing test emails to recipients who have not yet accepted their Wizer invitation or registered.

This feature is especially useful if you want to:

  • Run simulations across your entire organization before rollout.

  • Test real-world behavior without alerting unregistered users.

  • Collect baseline phishing data before assigning training.

Requirements to Enable Silent Phishing

Silent Phishing is an advanced feature available only for Wizer Boost customers.
It is not enabled by default for security and compliance reasons.

To activate it:

  1. Ensure your account is subscribed to Wizer Boost.

  2. Contact Wizer Support at support@wizer-training.com and request Silent Phishing activation for your organization.

    • Make sure the request comes from an admin email.

Once approved, our support team will enable Silent Phishing for your account.

Important Notes

  • Silent Phishing only affects unregistered users — it doesn’t change behavior for active or disabled users.

  • This feature must be explicitly approved by Wizer Support.

  • When active, your campaigns can include both registered and unregistered users seamlessly.

  • Regular privacy and data protection rules still apply.
