Most failed questions in quizzes are important data for the admin to understand what training topics need to be reassigned.
Please go to 
=> Company => and Scroll down the page.
At the bottom of the page, there is a list of questions along with the training name the quiz belongs to and the number of fails in the quiz responses.
Clicking on the specific question, you can find the information by 
, 
, and 
.
You may download all the information from each category in CSV format.
By clicking the 'Answers' you will find the number of each incorrect answer selected.
The 'Users' tab will provide you with the Email, First Name, Last Name, and the number of Fails of a specific user. You may sort emails by Fails, and also download the CSV file.
On the 'Departments' tab, the admin can sort by Fails and see which department needs to retake the training/quiz. By clicking on the department, the list of users becomes available. By clicking on 
, you can get the report by the users' email and departments.

The most failed questions modal in the Dashboard allows the admin to determine the most vulnerable topics for the employees and helps to choose the training for users to retake.
