How to Add Admin and Change Account Ownership

In the article, you will learn about three types of user roles and how to manage them.

Types of Roles and Accesses

There are three types of roles: Account Creator/Owner, Admin, and Learner (User).
You have the flexibility to either elevate an existing user to Admin status or add a new admin. In Wizer, there is no cap on the number of Admin Users. For more information, please refer to the articles How to Add Users and How To Edit User's Profile.

The Account Creator, who also has Admin level access, can invite new admins and learners, promote learners to admins, and disable both admins and users.
The admins can invite new admins and learners, promote learners to admins, and disable admins and learners. The Account Creator's profile cannot be disabled.
