Cisco Whitelisting for Wizer Phishing Simulations
To ensure that Wizer phishing simulation emails bypass your spam filters and successfully reach your users' inboxes, you will need to whitelist Wizer's IP addresses and domains within your Cisco Email Security environment.
Because Cisco occasionally updates its interface and security policies, the most accurate way to configure your allowlist is to use Cisco's official documentation alongside our sender information.
Configuration Steps
1. Gather Wizer's Sending Information Navigate to the Wizer Sender Data link above to access the full, up-to-date list of IPs and domains required for whitelisting.
→ Wizer Phishing Simulation Domains and IPs
2. Follow the Official Cisco Guide Open the Cisco Documentation link to access their official step-by-step instructions for configuring an allowlist.
→ Cisco Phishing Simulation Instructions
3. Apply Wizer's Information As you follow the instructions in the Cisco guide, simply input the Wizer IPs and domains (gathered in Step 1) wherever the documentation asks you to enter the trusted sender IPs, hostnames, or domains.
Important Note: We highly recommend sending a quick test campaign to yourself or a small IT group after configuring the allowlist to verify that the emails bypass the filters successfully.
